This is a consulting-only Veterinary Surgeon role within a purpose-driven charity veterinary clinic in Blackburn. The position is designed for vets who want to focus on diagnosis, continuity of care, and client communication, without the demands of surgical rotas or commercial targets.

- Your Journey in the Role
First Month
- Settle into the consulting rota.
- Familiarize yourself with systems, protocols, and team members.
Three Months
- Consult independently with support from colleagues.
- Manage a varied caseload and contribute ideas for clinic improvement.
- Six Months
- Fully embedded in the team.
- Deliver high-quality consultations confidently.
- Opportunity to explore funded CPD or certificate options tailored to your interests.
What We Offer
- Work Pattern & Salary
- Up to £54,633 per annum
- 38-hour week with 4 days on, 3 days off
- 1 in 9 Saturdays (daytime only)
