About the Role
Medivet Quarrington is seeking a confident and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our well-established practice in Lincolnshire. We are particularly interested in candidates holding—or working towards—a CertAVP in Small Animal Surgery who are eager to develop advanced surgical skills, lead case planning, and provide exceptional peri-operative care.

Our Practice
Our purpose-built facility includes:
- Five consulting rooms
- Separate dog and cat wards
- Modern operating theatres with ECG, orthopaedic equipment, digital/dental X-ray, ultrasound, and other advanced technologies
- A busy and varied caseload spanning routine care to complex surgery
- Training opportunities for both veterinary nurses and vets

Key Responsibilities
As a Veterinary Surgeon at Medivet Quarrington, you will:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care in consultations and surgeries, adhering to regulatory and practice standards
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Participate in surgical procedures and contribute to case planning and peri-operative care
- Work collaboratively with our experienced team to support the professional development of colleagues and Medivet communities
- Uphold Medivet’s standards for health, safety, and clinical governance
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- A qualified MRCVS
- Passionate about clinical excellence and patient care
