I provided daily personal care assistance to elderly residents through bathing service and assistance with toileting along with dressing and feeding activities.  I supported mobility activities by enabling safe client movements through walkers or wheelchairs or physical assistance. I documented all records about patient behavior along with their food intake and medications and their physical state. Provided companion care and emotional support for the patients to build trust.  I worked with nursing staff together with therapy staff to execute customized patient care documents.  I reported of all resident condition changes became my task toward medical staff.

I took part in diverse nursing procedures after receiving direction from experienced professionals.  Assisted with both emergency care protocols and basic first aid administration during their duties.  Provided services in dressing wounds to stop infections effectively.  I participated in establishing protocols that prevent infections at the hospital.  Monitored all patient vital signs while recording these readings with high accuracy.  My contributions involved ensuring safe practices for medication handlings and processes.  Managed assignments independently after obtaining minimal supervision from experienced staff members.

Provided daily personal care to a senior client, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.  I delivered personal hygiene services including bathing as well as dressing and grooming to an elderly person daily.  Monitored when and how patients must take their medications and provided administration support.  Step-by-step arranged social activities aimed to improve both cognitive and emotional health of clientele.  The caregiver preserved a sanitary space which combined safety measures with organizational structure inside the living quarters.  My assistance helped up to 10 patients complete their daily hygiene needs and both personal mobility functions and routine tasks.  The nurse and I jointly monitored vital signs and shared patient-related concerns with the nursing staff.  Provided both emotional support and friendship to raise client life quality.

I conducted detailed office cleaning operations which involved complete attention to floors and windows in the office workspace as well as in the bathrooms.  Identifying and reporting any maintenance needs, such as spills, leaks, or broken fixtures.  Ensuring soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and toilet paper holders are adequately stocked.  Was in charge with supply inventory management ensuring the stock minimum level was maintained for the company.  Responsible for purchasing and maintaining the cleaning supplies for the company
