JOB SUMMARY
To work in the Inspection Department and report to the Inspection Leader. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting supply chain items and releasing OEM products in accordance with CAA requirements to ensure conformity and compliance. You will be an essential component of the QMS, encouraging the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Description.
Essential Responsibilities:
- The role will include activities linked with the Inspection function in an aerospace setting. The primary aspects of the role are as follows:
- Help the Inspection Leader achieve company objectives.
- Promote the company ethos.
- CAA Part 21 releases Propeller Kits and Control Units in accordance with CAA requirements.
- We inspect components received from our vendors to ensure conformance and compliance.
- A final look of the manufactured products.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be able to comprehend, read, and write English.
- Have experience dealing with quality systems and a thorough understanding of ISO, AS, and inspection sampling programs.
- The ability to understand engineering designs, methods, and established procedures.
- Showcase a broad range of inspection abilities, expertise, and knowledge.
- An analytical and methodical attitude to difficult problems and technical issues.
- The ability to apply systematic problem-solving approaches.
- Demonstrate the use of a wide range of gauges and measuring equipment, including hardness testing, surface analyser,
- Profile projectors, etc.
- IT savvy, with experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office products.

- Neat penmanship is a criterion for CAA Part 21 release.
- Be able to work swiftly and precisely.

- Experience with TipQA and Syteline applications.

- The selected applicant will be expected to demonstrate role flexibility and collaborate in a team setting.
- Should be able to work on their own initiative while also contributing to the team structure.
- CMM operating and programming experience.
