JOB SUMMARY

 

Ensure accurate and efficient material throughput (Dock to Stock) for manufacturing production cells, engineering, and external suppliers. This role places a heavy emphasis on receiving and managing material flow, storage, correctness, quality, kitting, and disposition in accordance with Aerospace standards.

Job responsibilities

  • To assist the Receiving / Warehousing Team with daily Dock to Stock Processing.
  • Receive, verify, process, and enter products into the business system.
  • Process through the quality database (QMS).
  • Record supplier C of C’s and pack slips.
  • Recognise and address non-conformances.
  • Communicate queries to the proper person.
  • Transact, verify, and locate inventory.
  • Comply with store procedures.
  • Physical and System Receipts
  • System/paperwork checks
  • Physical movement of stock.
  • Tracking and controlling stock
  • Housekeeping
  • Traceability Control
  • Non-conforming Material
  • Business System Transactions
  • Stores receive and locate
  • Kitting and Issues from Stores
  • Material presentation.
  • Stock disposition and housekeeping
  • Store realignment, repackaging, relocation
  • Cycle Count

Experience and knowledge are essential.

  • Proactive self-starter with a can-do mindset
  • Good communicator.
  • Flexible between the skills matrix.
  • Working understanding of material handling requirements, including ESD, HazMat, and MSD.

  • IT savvy, confident user of PC products, expertise with planning systems.
