JOB SUMMARY

About the role

We are seeking a Global Product Manager to join our Automation and Integration team. This position gives you a unique opportunity to impact how our customers connect with and experience our goods and brand. Working across multiple departments, this strategic role will entail a wide range of responsibilities, including leveraging market insight and user feedback to develop a UX/UI product roadmap that optimises user flows and provides appealing visual experiences to drive conversion, retention, and advocacy. You will contribute to better customer experience, engagement, and satisfaction by ensuring a consistent and optimised UX/UI across all of our products.

Some key responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with market-facing and product teams to identify priority market needs.

● Create data-driven UX/UI product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs for all of our product lines, advancing our strategic vision for best-in-class UX/UI in our markets.

● Align with our worldwide Group Products & Services strategy, and work closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, and Program Managers to infuse user-centred development into all new products and services.

● Lead UX’s collaboration with Product Owners and other stakeholders to define challenges, prioritise and scope design work, receive and respond to design input, and ultimately create high-quality solutions that our customers value.

● Develop Go-to-Market strategy and execute successful launches in partnership with regional sales and marketing teams.

About You

We are searching for smart and motivated applicants with the following qualifications and experience:

● A portfolio of successful UX initiatives for enterprise and consumer applications.

● A solid understanding of user-centred design principles and processes.

● Experience with Product/Business/Commercial Management in the B2B sector.

● Outstanding leadership, team management, teamwork, and communication abilities.

● Customer-centric mentality, using research and data-driven methods to develop intuitive, user-friendly, and effective solutions.
