JOB SUMMARY
The University of Reading is seeking a Teaching and Learning Manager for EIT Food Learning Services. The University is a partner in EIT Food Learning Services, a pioneering pan-European evaluation procedure for professional training programmes and learner certification. This grading service provides an internationally accepted standard of quality for professional education and training programmes in the agrifood sector.
As the Teaching & Learning Manager, you will be expected to bring your extensive experience of education and learning design, particularly in non-formal, informal, and workplace-based learning, working closely with the EIT Food Learning Services Programme Manager (Head Office based in Leuven, Belgium) and the larger EIT Food Education Team, who are distributed across Europe, to manage the development and enhancement of professional non-degree education and training within E
You will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders from across the EIT Food Ecosystem to ensure that the professional education and training activities included in the EIT Food course catalogue meet the highest quality standards as defined by the EIT Label for non-degree education and training, thereby meeting a genuine sector need and enhancing the success of ventures resulting from education programmes.
