JOB SUMMARY

Are you passionate about helping those in need? We are searching for devoted and compassionate people to join our team as Home Care Assistants. This work entails providing high-quality care to our customers in their own homes, assisting with everyday activities, and guaranteeing their comfort and well-being.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs include washing, clothing, and grooming.
• Help with movement and physical support.
• Administer drugs and help with healthcare requirements while under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
• Carry out light cleaning and errands.
• Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs.
• Offer company and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered and note any changes in the client’s condition.

Requirements:

• Must have at least three years of driving experience and a valid international driving licence.
• A minimum of one year of experience in home care or a similar function.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Willingness to complete background checks and offer references.
