About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and supportive Apprenticeship Tutor to join our Executive Education team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting professional learners and employer partners, helping apprentices achieve their full potential and meet programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for apprentices and employers, building strong professional relationships.
- Monitor learner progress, identify development needs, and provide tailored support and challenge.
- Conduct regular progress reviews (in person and online) and deliver coaching-style guidance.
- Provide pastoral support to promote apprentice engagement and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted, DfE (ESFA), EPAO, and university quality standards.
About You
Essential:
- Leadership and management experience in the public, private, or digital technology sectors.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, training, or teaching.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and British Values.
Desirable:
- Experience delivering Level 6 or 7 leadership, management, or digital technology apprenticeships.
- Experience supporting learners in higher or degree apprenticeship settings.
- A Level 6 qualification (or higher) in management, leadership, or digital technology.
- Knowledge of UK apprenticeship standards and vocational education frameworks.
