About the Role

We’re currently recruiting a Specialist Chef de Partie with expertise in authentic South Asian cuisine, to join a reputable fine dining Indian restaurant in Glasgow.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare complex, high-quality South Asian dishes in line with the restaurant’s regional culinary identity.
• Lead and support junior kitchen staff including Commis Chefs.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP), ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
• Contribute to menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding the highest culinary standards.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proven eligibility to live and work in the UK OR meet requirements for a UK Skilled Worker visa.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in South Asian cuisine.
• Trained in a recognised culinary/hospitality institute.
• Deep understanding of authentic South Asian ingredients, cooking methods, and flavour profiles.
• Solid knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations, including HACCP.
• Currently living within one hour’s commute or willing to relocate.
