About the Role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Central London. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone passionate about high-quality food and kitchen leadership. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining brand standards, ensuring food consistency and presentation, and supporting the Head Chef in leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to brand standards
• Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in menu development and planning
• Manage inventory and stock control
• Support with scheduling and operational planning
• Uphold a safe, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef
• Proven experience in kitchen supervision and team development
• Strong culinary skills and understanding of menu planning
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
• Experience in the food-to-go or hospitality sector is an advantage
• English language proficiency at B1 level or above
