We’re Hiring: Specialist East Asian Chef de Partie
Location: Bristol
Employer: Fine Dining Asian Restaurant
Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 gross OTE
Hours: 48 hours/week across 5 days

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie with expertise in East Asian cuisine. You’ll be preparing authentic, complex dishes aligned with the restaurant’s regional menu, while also overseeing kitchen operations and mentoring junior kitchen staff such as Commis Chefs.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Legal eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Proven expertise in preparing authentic, high-quality East Asian dishes
• Deep understanding of ingredient sourcing, quality, and preparation
• Formal culinary training from a recognised institute
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Health & Safety and HACCP knowledge and certification
• Based within a commutable distance (up to 1 hour)
