As an Endpoint Engineer, you will work closely with our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line teams, managing key tasks such as the critical start-of-term endpoint refresh, and packaging, deploying, upgrading, and troubleshooting applications requested by course leaders and academic departments. You’ll work with tools like Intune, SCCM, MECM, and Jamf Pro to deliver and enhance endpoint services across the university.

About the Role

You’ll bring expert knowledge in endpoint management across a wide range of managed, unmanaged, and BYOD devices. You should have practical experience in deploying and supporting software applications at scale and be confident working with major operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, iOS, and Linux.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, exploring innovative solutions, and enhancing the desktop experience for end users.
