We are seeking a Technical Specialist – Geochemistry and Geochronology Lab Manager to join the School of Geographical & Earth Sciences on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this key role, you will manage and provide advanced technical expertise within our geochemistry and geochronology laboratories. You will support research, postgraduate, and undergraduate activity by overseeing specialist instrumentation and processes for rock and mineral analysis, including sample preparation. Responsibilities also include the planning and operation of technical facilities, data acquisition, research optimisation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week) and offered on an open-ended basis. Relocation support is available where applicable.
