Join Henley Business School as Senior Website Executive

Henley Business School, part of the University of Reading, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Website Executive to support the ongoing development and optimisation of our digital presence.

Working alongside the Website Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the performance, accessibility, and user experience of the Henley websites. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, academic departments, and central university services to deliver engaging, effective, and compliant web content.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Website Manager to maintain and enhance Henley’s web presence
  • Create and optimise high-quality, accessible web content using our CMS
  • Analyse website performance data to drive enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure web content is accurate, effective, and user-focused
  • Contribute to broader digital development and design projects
  • Uphold legal and accessibility standards across all web content

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrable experience in digital content and/or web management roles
  • Strong skills in content planning, creation, and optimisation
  • In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

You’ll be a valued member of a supportive and ambitious marketing and digital team, reporting to the Website Manager, Fenton Christmas, and working in close partnership with Julia Massey, Director of Marketing and Sales.
