Key Responsibilities

Dispense prescriptions, provide NHS and private services, and offer healthcare advice to customers.

Play an active role in our charity support programs, providing advice to individuals in the community living with or at risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues.

Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.

Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.

What You’ll Need

A Pharmacy Degree.

A passion for leading and empowering a team.

Membership with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme (we’ll support you with this when we offer you the role).

Willingness to complete a DBS check (organised by Tesco) before employment.

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you’ll be supported by wider store teams, including security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for our customers and patients, while maintaining a safe environment for both colleagues and customers.
