Job Description

Experience in leading and understanding Early Help Assessments (EHAs) is a key aspect of family support. Currently, seniors and managers do not have the capacity to provide training to workers on conducting EHAs.

Knowledge is also required in areas such as:

• Understanding when and how to share information appropriately
• Knowing when and how to collaborate with other professionals in a multi-agency setting
• Providing support through both group and one-to-one work with families”
