Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN
Pacific Gardens Nursing and Rehab – Fresno, CA
Join our dedicated therapy team at Pacific Gardens Nursing and Rehab, a premier post-acute care facility in Fresno, CA. We provide comprehensive long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and geriatric outpatient services. We’re currently seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help us continue delivering exceptional care to our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with speech, language, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Provide rehabilitative therapy to improve communication, cognitive, and swallowing functions.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed; make referrals when appropriate.
- Offer education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding speech and swallowing disorders.
- Prepare accurate documentation and discharge summaries following professional and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license (California).
- Open to all experience levels—new graduates are encouraged to apply.
