– Salary up to £40,000 p.a. based on experience.

Responsibilities:
You are accountable to the Area Manager for providing Amplifon clients with exceptional customer service and audiology services.
You’re also liable for:
– Administering hearing tests, analysing client needs, and informing them of their options.
– Providing an aftercare service consistent with the Amplifon aftercare programme.
– Overseeing the clinic with the assistance of a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management.
– Ensure that the team provides professional, courteous, and high-quality service.
– Providing an enjoyable Amplifon client journey experience that exceeds expectations.
– Serve as a role model for Amplifon by cultivating and maintaining good relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including coworkers, the community, and other doctors.
– Ensuring that all internal and legal procedures comply with guidelines.
– Ensuring that the clinic diary is consistently organised to satisfy business objectives and client expectations.
– Meet anticipated KPIs and rectify underperformance through timely action plans.
About you:
– A registered hearing aid dispenser with the HCPC.
– High standards of customer care and service
– Commercial sensitivity.
– Excellent computer literacy

– Strong analytical and judging skills
– Effective communication style.
– Numerated
– Organised and efficient with time.
– Motivation and tenacity
It would be ideal if you had the following:
– A full driving licence
– Proven commercial experience.
Additional information:
The post holder will have to travel within the area as needed.
