The post is being provided by the famed Fine Dining Indian Restaurant in Glasgow, which has been serving customers since 1982. This has been accomplished by using only the best local produce, fresh herbs, and carefully selected whole spices. • Position: Restaurant Manager.

• Employer: Fine Dining Indian Restaurant.

• Location: Glasgow, Scotland.

• Gross OTE salary package: about £34,000 (+ share of service change + targeted bonus).

• Weekly working hours and days. 48 hours / five days

Your responsibilities include administrative, leadership, customer service, and other practical tasks appropriate for the position. The main duty is to implement optimal and efficient management and give polished customer experience that befits a premium, upmarket restaurant.

To be eligible for selection, you must meet the following minimal requirements:

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

• At least three years of experience in this job.

• Relevant health and safety certifications, including understanding of HACCP protocols

• Strong leadership, great multitasking and organisational skills.

• Computer literacy.

• Sound financial and business acumen

• Resident within commuting distance of up to one hour.
