An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the Family Services Care Group as a General Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of safe, effective clinical services within the specialties, ensuring that all targets, deadlines, and objectives are met, and that performance and patient access targets are achieved.
You will provide strong managerial leadership to ensure the efficient operation of the specialties and will manage human resources, financial resources, clinical governance, and business planning arrangements effectively.
Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic development of services within the department, helping shape the future direction of patient care.

The role will require you to work across multiple sites within the Humber Health Partnership, including Hull Royal Infirmary, Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, and Scunthorpe General Hospital.
