JOB SUMMARY

 

There is a vacancy at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for a passionate, loving, and kind individual who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant in the Paediatric Emergency Department. We seek someone who can provide compassionate care to patients in a high-pressure atmosphere. Assist nursing and medical professionals with a variety of activities to ensure the department runs smoothly. Assist patients and their families during their stay in the Emergency Department. Maintain clean and organised patient care spaces. Follow infection control policies and create a safe atmosphere for everyone.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, assist with patient care and departmental activities as directed by a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife. Provide safe, compassionate care to patients.
