JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for internationally educated paramedics.

We are currently accepting applications from newly certified and experienced paramedics to join us in January and February 2025.

Working at SCAS will expose you to a wide range of situations, including emergency and unscheduled patient care. One job may need you to work in the heart of a city, while the next may take you to the countryside or even the shore.

During your free time, you can visit nearby major cities or fly from one of our local airports to Europe.

Main responsibilities of the job

What We Need from You

  • A acknowledged paramedic qualification.
  • To be able to register with the Health Care Professions Council or have previously earned your registration.
  • In-country police clearance
  • A current complete driving licence
  • In date and valid passport

Your salary

Starting salaries are

  • £29,970-£36,483, based on experience.
  • Plus, increasing your unsocial hours will increase your revenue by around 17%.
  • Overtime is available for time and a half.
  • Newly qualified paramedics, internationally educated paramedics, and newly registered HCPC clinicians can advance to Band 6 after a 24-month consolidation of learning and accessing the full scope of paramedic practice. £37,338 – £44,962

  • Paramedic Degree or about to qualify.
  • Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months before expiry.
  • Pre-hospital care experience.
