JOB SUMMARY

 

  • Suffolk County Council – Multiple Locations in Suffolk – Hybrid
  • £32,076 per annum (increasing to £34,834 per year) (Pro rata for part-time)
  • Plus a joining contribution of £1,500.
  • Plus a £4,000 retention bonus following successful completion of the ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment) programme.
  • Full-time and part-time hours are available.
  • Permanent

  • Our management team and colleagues within the service are fully committed to ensuring that you reach your goals and get the most out of your ASYE.
  • Protected development and reflection, regular supervision with your Practice Manager, including continuous CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and PDP (Personal Development Plan) to facilitate professional advancement, and a reduced workload (from 15 cases in the first 6 months
  • Clinical supervision provided by an experienced professional. This not only benefits your own well-being, but it also has a direct impact on the experiences of the children and young people in our care.

Additional benefits:
