As a nurse, you will deliver timely and decisive clinical treatment to ensure our service users’ safety and well-being. Leading from the front, you will uphold the company’s culture and embody its key principles at Chestnut Lodge.

The nurse’s key responsibilities include the following:

Assist in the development and delivery.

of care plans.

o Serve as a primary nurse for a group of service users as directed by the home manager.

Participate in clinical meetings as needed and report any areas of concern to the manager.

o Help our service users with their daily activities.

o Play an important role in aiding and encouraging service users to participate in therapeutic activities and scheduled events to help them enhance their skills and independence.

The successful candidate for the nurse position will have the following:

o Current registration with a current NMC pin.
– Flexible working hours – Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
o Please keep in mind that we will also accept pre-registered nurses who are working towards NMC registration.

Full training and assistance will be offered, and possibilities for advancement are encouraged.
