Overview
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in a busy restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in culinary arts and a good eye for detail, ensuring that the highest standards of food quality and presentation are regularly maintained.
Duties
- Help the Head Chef with meal preparation and cooking.
- Monitor kitchen operations during serving.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness and food safety.
- Supervise kitchen personnel and successfully allocate responsibilities.
- Participate in menu planning and development.
- Ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills
- Skilled in culinary methods and food manufacturing.
- Comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
- Experience managing teams and directing kitchen staff.
- Excellent organisational skills and capacity to operate under pressure.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is desirable.

Pay: £2,500.00-£3,000.00 per month.
