JOB SUMMARY

About 10,000 people work for our trust and help 1.6 million patients. There are more than 30 community services as well as Barnet Hospital, Chase Farm Hospital, the Royal Free Hospital, and the Royal Free. With this bigger company, we have a chance like never before to keep doing our cutting edge work, especially in finding ways to give our patients even better care.

Our goal is to provide world-class care and expertise in our clinical services, supported by world-class teaching and research. We will keep tracking our progress against our five governing objectives: great outcomes, great experiences for patients and staff, great value for taxpayers’ money, safety and fulfilling our duties to the outside world, and building a strong organisation.

A lot of people are welcome at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. We’re proud of how diverse our staff is, and we’re always starting new projects to promote equality for LGBT+ people, BME people, women, staff carers, people with disabilities, and people with life experiences. We do this to help our staff get along and understand each other better.
