JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a qualified Head Chef to manage our culinary team in a busy restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about making excellent dishes and managing culinary operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
– Manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production
– Create creative menu items while keeping consistency in taste and appearance.
– Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen personnel to provide superior service.
– Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
– Effectively manage inventory, order supplies, and control expenses.
Requirements
– Extensive restaurant kitchen experience
– Proficiency in culinary arts, including menu planning and food preparation techniques
– Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide a team
– Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen operations smoothly
– Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year.
