Hours: F/T days and nights.
Hourly Rate/Hour: £23-£28 (Depending on experience, clinical abilities relevant to aged care, knowledge of CIW laws, and staff management skills).

About You

We are searching for an RGN with a valid NMC PIN, at least three years of current experience in a nursing home in the UK, and a genuine commitment to following the NMC code of practice.

Responsibilities and Duties

Accept responsibility for our residents’ well-being, including meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

To encourage residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Managing, encouraging, and mentoring the care team.
