Accountabilities:
You answer to the Area Manager and are in charge of providing Amplifon customers with exceptional audiology services and customer care.Additionally, you are accountable for:
- conducting hearing tests, determining the needs of the customer, and explaining their options.
- provide aftercare in compliance with the Amplifon aftercare scheme.
- overseeing the clinic’s operations, including personnel management, with the assistance of a customer care coordinator.
- ensuring that the group offers a polished, kind, and excellent service.
- exceeding expectations in providing a great Amplifon client journey experience.
- Set an example for Amplifon by cultivating and preserving a solid rapport with a range of stakeholders, such as your coworkers, the community, and other medical professionals.
- making certain that all internal and legal requirements are met.
- ensuring that the clinic schedule is always organised to satisfy both client demands and business goals.
- Reach all KPIs at the scheduled levels, and take prompt action to resolve areas of underperformance.
