Job Description
The Role
We are looking for competent and confident individuals to join our Product Specialist team. Candidates will be based in the office, however they will be required to travel often within the United Kingdom and beyond.
You will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group training to users. You will also be responsible for demonstrating the system to prospective clients in both English and Bengali. This may entail presenting at sales meetings and showing capabilities at large healthcare conferences. This requires native-level Bengali proficiency and may include some translation work. As a system expert, you will be responsible for helping user groups, meeting training needs, analysing data, and diagnosing issues.
As a TPP ambassador, you must have good communication skills and be able to think on your feet. Ideally, you will have experience working in training or with customers. Experience in a healthcare setting will be beneficial, but not necessary.

Requirements
• Full UK driver’s licence
• Minimum of eight C grades in GCSE.
• A minimum of CCC in A-level.
• Native-level proficiency in Bengali.
International equivalents are recognised; nevertheless, visa sponsorship requires an IELTS score of 6.5 or above, or a degree from a UK university.
