We are searching for motivated chefs to join our team at Bespoke Inns. We have four lovely sites in Derby. The ideal individuals will be looking for a new challenge and eager to join the kitchen staff at this fantastic venue!

Visa sponsorship is available! (Please note that you must have a minimum of 6 months left on your existing visa.)

We will sponsor your skilled working visa.

Qualifications Required:

· Requirements include a passion for fresh cuisine and experience cooking modern, seasonal pub fare.

· Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn and share new skills with team members.

· Capable of working under pressure in a small team environment.

· Desire to improve trade levels while keeping company standards.

· Effectively manage stock rotation and ordering as needed.

· Ensure cleanliness in all food preparation and work areas.

· Complying with all food hygiene regulations.

We are searching for a strong leader who is skilled in the kitchen and pays close attention to detail. The capacity to motivate and support a team is crucial. A enthusiasm for fresh cuisine, as well as the capacity to contribute ideas, are necessary to assist the Head Chef with menu planning and kitchen administration. Some understanding of health and safety is essential.

We seek at least two years of experience in a similar level position, the ability to work independently, maintain business standards, and effectively manage a culinary crew. We would also welcome applications from commis chefs in high-turnover businesses eager to advance in their careers.

This position is provided on a full-time contract and can begin immediately.

The recruitment process consists of a two-stage interview and a cookery demonstration.
