Job Description
A Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) position has become available within the Oncology Business Unit. This position is part of a diversified cross-functional team of competent subject matter experts who must be responsive to business needs. Activities may include leading the development and execution of insight-driven strategies, operational plans, and activities that deliver value and drive desired behavioural change across all relevant external stakeholder groups, resulting in the best possible outcomes for our patients, customers, and business.
Oncology Activities and Priorities.
Activities and priorities are defined regularly to ensure a laser focus on achieving franchise business objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver in the following areas:
Lead the creation of operational strategies and omnichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy and meeting quarterly OKRs, KPIs, and performance targets.
Use our strategic planning method to create a segmented consumer interaction strategy. Create customer journey and engagement plans that include personalised messages to encourage behaviour change with important customers.
Collaborate with the core cross-functional team to achieve alignment and clarity of opportunity spaces and tactics, encouraging the execution of plans with clear RACI.
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders at the global, regional, and local levels.
Manage projects from start to finish, using project management principles effectively with a cross-functional team.
Own and properly manage indication-specific promotional funds, ensuring effective resource distribution and ROI tracking for marketing campaigns. Monitor spending, track performance, and make changes as needed to improve marketing efforts.
Develop therapeutic and product expertise, and ensure that all marketing actions and materials conform with the ABPI code and other relevant legislation and guidelines.
Key competencies for the post include
Proven expertise in brand management, marketing, or similar responsibilities in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
A thorough awareness of the Oncology healthcare market and dynamics.
Self-motivated and well-organized, with good attention to detail.
Courageous in the ability to test new ideas and provide them compliantly.
Unwavering commitment to adding value to our customers and the business through the use of data to create strategic decisions and priorities.
Excellent communication, presenting, and negotiating skills.
