Care Assistant
Location: Digby Court Care Home, Bourne
Pay Rate: £12.17 per hour
Contracted Hours: 30 or 36 hours per week

Digby Court, a cherished care home located in Bourne, offers residential, respite, and day care services. The home is situated close to the centre of Bourne, providing a comfortable and homely environment for 36 residents, allowing them to maintain an independent and fulfilling lifestyle.
Role Overview:
As a Care Assistant at Digby Court, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your role will involve supporting residents with daily routines and personal care, such as bathing, washing, and assisting with toilet use. We are looking for individuals who genuinely care for our residents, helping them to lead happy and fulfilled lives. While some days may present challenges, you will also share many rewarding moments, creating lasting memories with the residents and becoming part of our extended family.
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to the care sector. We value diversity in our team and are eager to work with individuals who bring a variety of life experiences. You will receive comprehensive induction training and ongoing support, with plenty of opportunities to progress and develop a fulfilling career in care. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships will be key to your success in this role.
