JOB SUMMARY

 

We are searching for a talented and proactive individual who can contribute to the work of the Faculty International team. The successful applicant will play an important role in faculty-based international conversion and administrative assistance.

You will collaborate closely with the Faculty International Project Officer to provide customer-focused support to the Faculty’s Associate Dean International (ADI) and Schools’ International Leads as they implement the Faculty’s International plan. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively and confidently across cultures and with a wide range of stakeholders, both within the University (academic Schools, professional services) and externally with prospective applicants and their influencers, school and institutional partners, and agent representatives.

A variety of administrative activities will be assigned, including arranging and supporting committees, meetings, visits, and events, as well as coordinating calendars, documents, facilities, and other arrangements, such as minute taking. You will have experience collecting data and retrieving information, as well as collaborating with online platforms to help coordinate and deliver virtual conversion events. You will be able to work independently while yet feeling confident cooperating with others. The position would be suitable for someone with a background in, or an interest in, international affairs in a higher education setting.

This is a part-time, permanent employment that requires 29.6 hours per week (0.8 FTE).

Remote working is permitted up to one day per week.
