My volunteer work at the Sandra Jones Center in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, has been particularly rewarding, working with orphaned and vulnerable, I have provided counseling, case management and support groups, ensuring that these children receive the care and support they need to thrive. Collaborating with orphanage staff, i have developed and implemented treatment plans for children with special needs, advocating for their rights and maintaining accurate case records. My internship at the Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital further honed my skills in providing social work services to patients and their families. I collaborated with patients, their families and other treating professionals, assisting patients in receiving services by telephone and in person. I produced written records, compiled monthly reports and statistics, and conducted assessments and placements of patients. Additionally I created and implemented treatments plans, secured and referred, needed resources and evaluated and monitored patients improvements.

Provided comprehensive social work services, including counseling, to patients and their immediate families, fostering a supportive environment for healing and recovery. .Produced detailed written reports, compiled monthly reports and analyzed statics to tack patient progress, identify trends and inform data driven decision making. .Assisted patients with accessing and receiving essential services, ensuring timely and personalized support through telephone and in person interactions. . Created and implemented individualized treatment plans, meticulously tailoring interventions to address the unique challenges and circumstances of each patient.
