Role Overview

The School is seeking an Associate Professor (Teaching) to take a leadership role in delivering the MSc Management programme, which caters to up to 500 students annually. This conversion programme supports graduates from diverse academic backgrounds in transitioning into management careers across industries.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead curriculum design and delivery for the MSc Management programme.
  • Provide strategic insight into the future of work, including skills required in an AI-driven economy.
  • Guide programme expansion and contribute to the School’s broader portfolio of master’s offerings.
  • Engage students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Please note: This is a teaching-focused role, not a research-track position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and strategic development of MSc Management modules.
  • Oversee programme administration and curriculum enhancement.
  • Ensure alignment between theory, contemporary business practice, and industry trends.
  • Mentor and support students, enhancing engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with faculty to maintain educational quality and innovation.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • PhD or equivalent Doctorate in a relevant field of business and management.
  • Proven record of teaching excellence at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Experience in programme leadership, curriculum innovation, and team management.
  • Ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with real-world business applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
