Job Description
About the Team
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) stream within our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) practice supports organisations in harnessing today’s leading platforms — such as SAP, Oracle, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics — to re‑engineer finance, supply‑chain and IT operations. We collaborate with senior leadership — CFOs, COOs, CIOs and their teams — guiding their transition away from legacy or on‑premises systems into agile, cloud‑based technology platforms. In doing so, we champion broader change too: advancing sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and helping organisations to innovate responsibly.
Role Responsibilities
As a Graduate Consultant in the ERP team, you will engage with large‑scale transformation programmes from conceptual design through delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working directly with client stakeholders (business and IT) to understand strategic objectives and digital‑transformation needs.
- Translating business requirements into technical designs and requirements for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday etc.).
- Producing documentation and materials for clients: presentations, requirement specifications, progress reports, and change‑management content.
- Gaining exposure to how organisations adopt, deploy and manage enterprise‑technology platforms, and the role those platforms play in creating operational value.
- Participating in the consulting environment: client‑facing meetings, project teams across business functions, and technology integration work streams.
Skills & Qualifications
Academic Requirements:
You must hold, or expect to obtain by September 2026, at least a 2:1 (upper‑second class) honours degree in any discipline.
Legal right to work in the UK. (If you require visa sponsorship, check the employer’s policy.)
Personal & Professional Attributes:
- A curious, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex business problems and propose solutions.
- Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting ideas, engaging with stakeholders, producing clear client‑facing materials.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and work streams.
- Interest in technology, business transformation, ERP systems or digital platforms is highly desirable.
- Motivated to learn, adapt, collaborate and grow in a consulting environment.
Work Location & Flexibility
You will be based in London and will benefit from a hybrid working model — mixing office‑based days with remote working, and client‑site visits as required. Early in the programme your induction and interaction will be in person to help build relationships and network across teams. Our workplace is designed to be accessible, and we encourage candidates to discuss any required adjustments (health, caring responsibilities, etc.).
Development & Career Path
Your journey begins with structured training covering:
- How enterprises adopt and transform using technology platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday and Dynamics.
- Translating business strategy into technology‑enabled solutions and requirements.
- Understanding large‑scale technology‑transformation programmes: governance, implementation, change management.
- Building client‑relationships, gaining confidence in consulting structures, and delivering value.
You will also have opportunities to:
Obtain relevant certifications (e.g., financial / accounting foundation such as the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Certificate) to deepen your understanding of finance alongside technology.
Work with major organisations and expert colleagues, positioning you well for a future career in consulting, technology advisory or ERP transformation.
