Job Description
What this team focuses on
Our Enterprise Security group guides organisations in building secure, resilient digital products without compromising speed or innovation. We support clients across four core domains:
Cloud Security: Supporting migration of business operations to the cloud while embedding strong security and resilience.
Security Architecture: Designing and integrating secure technology infrastructure – including networks, servers, storage and devices – to protect the enterprise.
Application Security: Embedding cyber‑security controls through the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
Emerging Technology: Helping clients adopt next‑generation technologies (such as IoT and operational technology) securely so that they can connect, innovate and scale with confidence.
In short, we don’t just help clients survive in the digital world — we help them thrive, by delivering trust, assurance and innovation in equal measure.
What you will do
Whether you lean more strategic or technical (or both!), you’ll contribute to challenging engagements to help organisations stay ahead of evolving threats. Tasks may include:
- Creating presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Supporting project‑management functions: scheduling meetings, capturing minutes/notes, tracking deadlines, preparing client‑ready materials.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Organising and analysing data, producing reports, summarising insights.
- Researching relevant documents (contracts, policies, technical specs) and supporting the team’s tasks.
- Contributing to broader firm activity: graduate induction, internal people‑strategy initiatives, practice‑management support.
From day one, you’ll be immersed in “live” work, collaborating with colleagues and clients, building real capability, and seeing how your efforts contribute to outcomes.
What we’re looking for
Academic requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 (or expected 2:1) in any undergraduate degree discipline.
- Graduation by September 2026 for the Autumn 2026 intake.
Skills & attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication—both written and verbal— and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and interacting with clients.
- Good organisational skills: able to handle multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in cyber security, digital risk, technology or transformation.
Eligibility & visas:
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- For international candidates, please check visa eligibility criteria and employer sponsorship policy.
Where you’ll work & how we support you
This role is delivered via a hybrid working model: you’ll combine time in our London office with remote working, and occasionally on‑site at client locations. The in‑person interactions (especially early on) will help you build relationships and integrate with the team. Our workspaces are accessible, and we encourage candidates to discuss any required adjustments such as health or caring commitments.
Professional development & growth
From your first weeks, you’ll receive structured training covering core aspects of this team’s work. You’ll then embed into client engagements, learning through doing, supported by mentors and resources. We aim for you to develop a strong foundation in handling confidential information, delivering quality work, engaging with clients, and managing your own professional growth.
Why join us?
- Early exposure to real client projects, working on meaningful cyber‑security challenges.
- Access to cutting‑edge technologies, diverse industries and expert colleagues.
- A culture that supports collaboration, diversity, well‑being, and continuous learning.
- Opportunities for career progression in a growing, high‑impact domain.
How to apply
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis; we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, since roles may close once demand is high. After applying you’ll receive email instructions from our recruitment team outlining next steps and assessment deadlines. Note: only one application per year is permitted across our Early Careers programmes.
