Role Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant at MindSearch, your core duties will include:

Business Development:

• Identify, approach, and secure strategic client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong partnerships to support growth.

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:

• Understand client requirements and identify top talent using advanced sourcing tools.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and manage recruitment workflows.

Client & Candidate Relationship Management:

Act as a trusted advisor for clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2–3 years of experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven results orientation and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Commitment to professional development and ethical recruitment practices.
