Position Summary
We are currently inviting experienced registered nurses from outside the U.S. to join our team via our international nurse recruiting programme. As a direct-hire staff nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate elder care as part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Unit Manager, you will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in our senior-living community.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor outcomes.
- Transcribe and implement physician and nurse‐manager orders; document care plans, incident reports, and 24-hour reports.
- Assist with admissions, discharges and transitions in coordination with unit staff.
- Perform skilled nursing procedures as needed.
- Oversee infection control, sanitation, and equipment functionality, reporting discrepancies as required.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this program you must:
- Have passed the NCLEX‑RN (National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses).
- Have passed a recognised English language competency test.
- Hold a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience (clinical, hands-on).
- Be willing to commit to a three-year employment contract.

Competitive Salary: Starting at approximately US $42/hour, plus overtime pay and annual performance-based increases (~3%).
Relocation Package: Includes airfare for the nurse, one month of housing and transport allowance, US $1,000 arrival bonus, and help with obtaining ID, bank account, and Social Security Number.
